We are happy to announce the 5th All Africa Postharvest Congress and Exhibition (5th AAPHCE). Save-the-Date for this important Pan-African event that is scheduled for 16th to 19th September 2025. The 5th AAPHCE will be an in-person (physical) congress hosted by the African Union Commission (AUC) at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The congress is being organized by the AUC in collaboration with various partners, including development partners, private sector actors, academic/research institutions, and civil society.

The congress will have a Four-day program where research and policy papers will be presented in joint sessions. The interactive sessions will feature lead papers from sector leaders, research papers, panel discussions and open plenary discussions. There will be dedicated interactive sessions for poster presentations where presenters will be allocated time to share their findings with participants.
