Welcome Message From All Africa PostHarvest Congress and Exhibition

We are happy to announce the 4^th All Africa Postharvest Congress and Exhibition (4^th AAPHCE). Save-the-Date for this important Pan-African event that is scheduled for 19^th to 22^nd September 2023. The 4th AAPHCE will be an in-person (physical) congress hosted by the African Union Commission (AUC) at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The congress is being organized by the AUC in collaboration with various partners, including development partners, private sector actors, academic/research institutions, and civil society.

EXHIBIT AT 4^TH AAPHCE

The 4^th AAPHCE is an unmissable platform for exhibitors to showcase their latest innovative technologies, practices, and tools for postharvest food loss/waste reduction. The four-day congress is scheduled from 19^th to 22^nd September 2023 at the African Union (AU) Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The exhibition will be open during the entire 4 days in Parallel to the congress. An interactive session slot will be given to exhibitors to present their demonstration to the attendees. The exhibition must be aligned with the congress theme for ‘Sustainable Postharvest Management: Boosting Intra-African Agricultural Trade and Enhancing Food and Nutrition Security.‘

Over 400+ academia ,policy makers and Development partners will attend the 4th AAPHCE from 40+ Different Countries.

CALL FOR ABSTRACT AND PAPERS

The congress will have a Four-day program where research and policy papers will be presented in joint sessions. The interactive sessions will feature lead papers from sector leaders, research papers, panel discussions and open plenary discussions. There will be dedicated interactive sessions for poster presentations where presenters will be allocated time to share their findings with participants.
